A car with a sense of humour

This very flash gold car spotted in Bassano del Grappa came with all the latest equipment.

I especially like the Hawaiian dancer above the air bag.

  1. Even Elvis is in the car! Love the “air bag” too 😊

    • The reflection makes it a bit hard to see him. I like their style.

  2. Thank you so much for the picture. After a very long and hard week, this laugh was so worth it! I now want a car like this with all of the interior decorations! The thing is, that I can remember as a kid, we had the Hawaiian dancer glued to the top of the back seat of the Chevy Impala. My parents probably wouldn’t be caught dead with it now, especially on the Mercedes!

    • I loved the car and am a bit tempted to add some decoration to our Fiat 500.

  5. Oh WHAT fun! Is that an interesting gear shift sticking out of the
steering wheel column? Modified or original? Someone might know; I LOVE old cars; they were made so beautifully; even the most modest ones. A few days ago, in Victoria, B.C. on Vancouver Island, I spotted a 4-door, immaculate looking (with seat belts in the back) white Morris Minor, named
Casper. The windows were open; I could smell the (probably) leather of the red seats. Charming post, thank you. “The Best is Yet to Come”!

    • That gearstick looks modified to me, but I don’t know much about cars. I thought is was fun.

  6. There is a massive car airbag recall at the moment and that one looks possibly safer than the ones being replaced! 😛
