We woke up to snow this morning. Here is my balcony.
My poor daffodils are covered. I hope they are tough.
Ponte a Serraglio looks wonderful!
My car isn’t going anywhere right now.
The magnolia flowers are covered with snow.
Mimosa is weighed down with snow.
Of course I had to go for a walk in the snow. I wasn’t the only one.
I hitched a ride to the top near Bagni Caldi and walked down. The roads are all white with snow.
It is amazing how pretty everything looks with a white coat.
The last time I was here for deep snow was February 2013.
It is 15 years ago today that we first came to Bagni di Lucca and decided to buy here…an excellent decision.
Pisa airport closed because of the snow…we are now overnighting in Munich….tomorrow lucca withnfingers crossed

I thought that might happen when it started snowing last night. Keep warm, good luck with the flight. See you soon.

You never fail to deliver, Deb! Ponte looks beautiful, albeit a bit chilly. Thank you for sharing, and for taking that walk! I hope you had some good boots.

This looks so dreamy and cozy, I feel like I can only say that because I am sitting indoors with climate control… but I wouldn’t mind sipping a hot cup of chai tea latte and enjoy this view.

I hope not to bother you but you answered one question and now I have another. We will be staying in Bagno di Lucca for three months. Do you have any suggestions for leasing a car. We are looking at car rentals for that time and it will cost us over $3300US. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.
